The IPO & Capital Markets Conference held in São Paulo on November 5th, 2025, was an outstanding success.

The event brought together over 150 CEOs and CFOs from leading Brazilian and Latin American companies, featuring Jay Heller (VP, Head of Capital Markets & IPO Execution – Nasdaq), Todd Heinzl (Co-Founder & President – Nasdaq), Libby Covington (Managing Director, Capital Markets & New Listings – Nasdaq), Salvatore Bruno (Investment Strategist – Nasdaq) and senior representatives from EGS, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, Davis Polk, BR Partners, Maha Capital and other key global institutions.

The conference program, moderated by Chris Pelajo (CNBC / Times Brasil), included high-level panels and keynotes such as:

  • “NASDAQ and the Global Capital Markets 2026” – a fireside chat with Jay Heller, Nasdaq.

  • “Why & How Go Public?” – exploring the benefits, timing, and listing options for emerging companies.

  • “Is Your Company Ready for an IPO?” – assessing readiness from both auditing and legal perspective.

  • “The Pathway to Nasdaq” – focusing on roadshows, and investor targeting.

  • Inspirational sessions featuring Nizan Guanaes, Denis Caldeira, and success stories from BR Partners and MAHA Capital.

The conference received wide media coverage, including CNBC, Forbes, Folha de S.Paulo, Estadão, Valor Econômico, and even a feature on the Nasdaq Tower in Times Square, New York City.

Following the event, 15 one-on-one meetings were held between Nasdaq, 3DOTS, and selected high-growth Brazilian companies.

We extend our warmest thanks to Nasdaq, our distinguished speakers, and all our partners for making this edition such a remarkable success.
