The Advisory Committee plays an important business development role as well as providing a fresh perspective on any regulatory, compliance, or business challenges that may come from time to time.

Richard AnslowRichard I. Anslow, a member of the Firm, is a senior corporate and securities attorney whose practice focuses on domestic and international securities, financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate representation. His practice encompasses representation of a variety of public and private company issuers, investors and investment banks. In the corporate area, he represents companies in their efforts to list or be quoted on United States stock exchanges, including NYSE and NASDAQ, as well as assisting FINRA registered broker-dealers in the Form 15c-211 process to obtain quotations on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and OTCQX and OTCQB Markets. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia.

Todd FromerMr. Fromer is a principal and President of KCSA Strategic Communications and oversees the firm’s investor relations practice. He is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and a recipient of the International Association of Business Communicators’ 2001 ACE Award for Investor Relations. Mr. Fromer specializes in the implementation of pro-active investor relations outreach and disclosure programs for emerging public companies. He has led successful corporate communications campaigns and crisis management for over 200 public growth companies and has provided strategic communications counsel to hundreds of C-level executives. In 2001, Mr. Fromer accepted the Public Relations Society of America’s Silver Anvil Award and Sabre’s Gold Sabre Award on behalf of KCSA’s investor relations group.

Riccardo Maria MontiRiccardo Maria Monti is a seasoned executive with extensive experience across leadership roles. He is currently the Executive Chairman of Triboo and has been serving as Executive Vice President of the Italy-China Foundation since 2020. His expertise includes chairing Italferr S.p.A., Grandi Stazioni S.p.A., Italian Trade Promotion Agency, and SIMEST, leading major infrastructure projects, and contributing to international economic collaborations. Monti has a robust academic background, serving as a professor at prestigious institutions such as LUISS Business School and Columbia University. Actively involved in social initiatives, he supports projects for underprivileged communities. Additionally, he is an author and recipient of the “Meritorious Honor Award” for his contributions to international economic relations.
