Patrick Tsang

Patrick Tsang is Chairman of Tsangs Group, an innovation-focused global family office that bridges East and West. Born and raised in the United Kingdom, he has a robust global network as a seasoned investor.
He has worked on numerous IPO and M&A transactions globally and successfully made investments in Asia, North America, and Europe.
A graduate from the College of Law in England, and from Owner/President Management (OPM) Program at Harvard Business School. Patrick is a member of YPO Global One and a Founding Member of Monaco Private Label Young Leaders. As a philanthropic advocate, he is a Fellow of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation World Fellowship.

Takaya Mitani

Managing Director | South East Asia

A graduate of Keio University’s Faculty of Policy Management, Takaya began his career at Tokyo Mitsubishi Bank (now MUFG Bank), where he gained recognition as a specialist in asset protection for high-net-worth individuals-an increasingly rare expertise in Japan.
He went on to further his career at CITIBANK N.A. (now Citibank Japan) and Nomura Securities Co., Ltd., establishing himself as a leader in the financial sector.
After transitioning from banking, Takaya utilized his deep knowledge, hands-on experience, and expansive global financial network, including ties with prominent private banking families, to become a highly sought-after expert in wealth preservation and inheritance planning for affluent clientele.
With over two decades of experience, he has supported some of Japan’s most distinguished high-net-worth individuals in safeguarding their wealth and developing strategic succession plans.
Currently, he serves as a Director at Chikuzan Corporation.

Rosely Garcia

Managing Director | Latin America

Rosely Garcia is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in business leadership. Two years after graduating from Syracuse University with a double major in Marketing Administration and Economics, she co-founded a company in Brazil that has since grown to employ more than 2,500 people nationwide.

Driven by a deep and enduring passion for education, Rosely has spent the past decade immersed in the study of learning and human development. She recently completed the Executive OPM Program at Harvard University and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Leadership in Classical Schools at Gordon College.

Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Rosely brings a global perspective to her work. She is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, joyfully married, and the proud mother of three beloved children.

Ivan Montoya

Managing Director | Latin America

Ivan has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and strategic advisory across Latin America. As President and Managing Partner of Investment Banking Latin America at Torino Ecija Capital, he leads M&A, restructuring, business model design, and capital raising efforts across multiple industries, including Oil & Gas, Utilities, Retail, Pharma, and the Public Sector. Prior to this role, he served as Partner and Head of Corporate Finance and Restructuring for the Andean Region at Deloitte, Managing Partner of a Spanish investment bank, and held senior executive roles in multinational firms in the energy and mining sectors.
Ivan holds a PhD in Finance and Strategy from IE Business School (with honors), an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School, and multiple advanced degrees in finance, management, and tax from institutions in Colombia, the UK, and the US. He is also an associate professor of Corporate Finance and Investment Banking at leading universities in Mexico and Colombia.

Maxime Navarre

Managing Director | EU

Maxime Navarre is an accomplished entrepreneur and strategic business developer with over 25 years of experience in deal-making, market expansion, and investor relations. He specializes in brand positioning, commercial strategy, and high-value asset development across Latin America and Europe. He is currently Co-founder & CEO of N&C Capital Inc. in Panama, overseeing investments in historical property restoration. Previously, he led the global launch of the Monte-Carlo Club cigar line as President of Latam Premiums in Switzerland and spearheaded the large-scale development of Viveros Island into a luxury destination. Navarre holds a degree in Applied Mathematics in Economic Sciences from the University of Paris X Nanterre and a Master’s in Economics, Business & Finance from ISG (Institut Supérieur de Gestion). A pioneer in sustainability, he co-founded CONSCIO DD, an early Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, collaborating on a carbon footprint measurement tool with future French Minister of Sustainable Development, Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet.
